My teacher isn't online at the time of our lesson or was late. What should I do?
While this is happens very rarely, it’s most likely due to:
- Technical issues or delay with Skype adding new contacts (if this is your first lesson with a coach)
- Internet or Wifi connection issues that your coach may be facing
- A scheduling error (when a teacher put down they're available but they aren't)
