I was scheduled at a time when I'm unavailable. How do I prevent this?

For whatever reason, this may happen when your student has booked using the On-Demand scheduling option.

Make sure that your calendar is manually blocking off times that you're not available.

For example, if you don't want to be booked before 9AM in your timezone, go to your calendar and block off the appropriate times.

1. Block off the times by going to Google Calendar

2. If you want to repeat it, click "Edit" and go to "Repeat on" and click the dates you want.

3. Make sure that your settings below are set as "Busy"

4. Click Save
