I can't make my lesson due to an emergency. What should I do?

While we wouldn't want this to happen often, we do understand that emergencies occur.

If this is the case, we recommend you email the student as soon as possible letting them know that you won't be able to make your lesson and asking them to reschedule for another day.

It is also highly recommended that you find the student on Skype and leave them a message there as well.

We also ask you to email us at help@rypeapp.com if this happens, so we can make sure that the students have been properly notified.
