What to do after your lesson
This is your opportunity to follow-up with your students with what you promised, such as homework assignments, further reading, next session scheduling, and reviewing their feedback to improve your next lessons.
After each lesson, you can send your students their feedback documents, which will include the mistakes they made, new vocabulary/grammar learned, and follow-up assignments to do in between your sessions.
2. AFTER A FEW LESSONS, ASK THEM FOR A REVIEW
On each coach's profile, there's a review section where students can share their positive (or negative) experiences with the coaches. The more reviews you can get under your profile that are positive, the more new students will be incentivized to book a lesson with you.
This is why after a few lessons (not immediately) you can ask your students for an honest recommendation of your lesson experience, if you feel like you have done a great job with the lessons.
You can always get better.
The great thing about Rype is that you can get immediate feedback from your students to improve your experience and your teaching skills!
Make sure you review these personal feedbacks after each session so you can adjust your lesson experience according to your student’s needs.
