My coach isn't online at the time of our lesson. What should I do?

While this is happens very rarely, it’s most likely due to:

  • Technical issues or delay with Skype adding new contacts (if this is your first lesson with a coach)
  • Internet or Wifi connection issues that your coach may be facing
  • A scheduling error (when a coach put down they're available but they aren't)

The good news is, if you’re still on your trial period, you can simply re-schedule another lesson (at no additional cost) with another coach for the same day or the next day.

If you’re already a member, you can also simply re-schedule another lesson for the same day or next day.

Please send us an email at help@rypeapp.com with your selected coach, so we can prevent this from happening in the future.
